Because source code is an immediately delivered digital product, its refund rules differ from recurring services.
1. Source Code
You may request a refund within 14 days if the download has not been accessed. After download, refunds are available only when you were charged twice, files are unusable and we cannot replace them, the product is materially different from its description and we cannot correct it, or applicable law requires one.
Refunds are not normally provided for change of mind after download, lack of technical knowledge, incompatibility contrary to published requirements, failure to follow documentation, customer modifications or unadvertised features.
2. Hosted subscriptions
Cancel before renewal to stop future charges. Service continues through the paid period. Completed periods are non-refundable except for duplicate charges, material service failure or legal requirements.
3. Done-for-You setup
The setup fee is refundable before work begins. After work starts, we may deduct completed work and non-refundable third-party costs. Scope is confirmed before starting.
4. Requesting and processing
Email hello@qres.ai with your order email, order number, product and reason. Lemon Squeezy purchases are refunded through the original method and its merchant-of-record process. A Source Code refund terminates the license and requires deletion of all copies. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
